本案以摺疊式量體與框景設計，跳脫桃園地區常見住宅的制式樣貌，將周邊綠意與埤塘景觀納入居住體驗之中。同時，透過細緻的建築語彙與空間處理，柔化結構樑柱對室內空間與立面的視覺影響，營造更純粹、開闊且富有層次的居住環境。

The design distinguishes itself from typical Taoyuan residences through folded forms and framed perspectives that embrace the surrounding greenery and ponds, while softening the visual impact of structural beams and columns.
